This is a journal infographic I was commissioned to create for a recently published article: "Disability burden due to musculoskeletal conditions and low back pain in Australia: findings from GBD 2019". This infographic was shared online to help disseminate key points from a recently published paper.

The infographic was created using what a “journal infographic” article describes as the key characteristics that are needed to make useful interpretations of the data in a journal infographic. It was reported that most infographics do not report sufficient information to allow readers to interpret study findings. This includes sources of bias, results, and study characteristics. To improve the quality of this infographic the client and I agreed to sufficiently display these and followed the article's key characteristics required.
